It’s not fashion, until a fashion magazine says so.
ELLE is bringing the GlamPhone to American girls starting next month, after setting hearts a-flutter in Europe. Not only do you get to pick between a red or black version (although more colors are available in Europe), but you also get a one-year subscription to ELLE Magazine.

But is it worth it? Not unless you think touting a mirror-screen as a major feature is a good sign. And lets see, a VGA camera? No thanks. Unique carry strap? Not unless you think sashaying around with a cell phone around your neck suddenly became chic.

Other specs include: SMS, MMS messaging, internal antenna, 3MB memory, 6 hour talktime and is only available for GSM network subscribers such as T-Mobile or Cingular.

I’m not 100 percent sold on this model, especially with a scandalous pricetag of $180. I think the GlamPhone has the potential of attracting young gals, but only if they lower the price.

But what do I know. You tell me, do you like it?
My comments on this phone:
1. Why would somebody buy a phone worth $180, okay, let’s convert it to peso.. *searches for calculator* haha, I have expected that it would cost too much.. at an average of 52 pesos per dollar.. I got about 9360 pesos, it’s still not worth it.. whatever..
2. A phone might come handy anytime right? haha, okay, what’s the use of having a mirror as your lcd? nonsense..
